For a project developer, I came up with an attractive and warm basic design for 3 commercial rental flats, which suits the high-quality and classic building in the heart of Amsterdam. Each new resident should feel comfortable and be able to express their own personal style there. When it came to the finishings, we took the right choices of materials into account so that the interior would last a long time in every apartment. Custom-designed built-in cupboards were also incorporated into the project, in order to offer the resident all options, ranging from comfort to functionality. After a lengthy renovation, we realised this beautiful project back in July 2018. Together with the client, we came up with a new and much more functional layout. All rooms have been rebuilt and were given a luxurious and contemporary design.
