In September 2019, we handed over this beautiful Penthouse apartment with a floor space measuring 200 m2. The iconic residential tower “State” is located in the ‘Bajes kwartier’, as the new green city district in Amsterdam East is now called. As soon as the front door opens and you enter this spacious penthouse, you feel as if you are entering another world. A wonderful room with plenty of windows, whereby the panoramic view of the city is a painting in itself. Each room was given a different hue in a beautiful warm range of colours, while all the custom-made interior doors are in metallic petrol blue.
